You may browse the instructions, but you will need to register your site before installing.
To install Disqus on Sandvox:
Choose the blog/page you would like to enable Disqus comments on.
Click the Inspector.
Choose Appearance, check comments and open Setup.
Select Disqus under comment provider.
Enter your Shortname.
Click done and publish your site.
