Common troubleshooting
Are you using the right account information?
The Disqus JavaScript is specific to your account on Disqus, which is called your forum. Make sure you haven't mistyped your forum or that it's otherwise incorrect.
Are you using any custom JavaScript to modify or customize Disqus?
You can use the Disqus API to safely
Are you using any custom CSS targeted at Disqus?
Custom CSS is generally OK, but sometimes it may do unintended things such as hide Disqus altogether. You can try removing your custom CSS to see if this is the cause of Disqus not loading on your website.
Are you using the trusted domains feature in your settings?
Trusted domains are sites which you want your forum shortname to load on. If Disqus isn't loading on your site, make sure your site's domain is in the trusted domains list, and is in the proper format.
