Some commenters and publishers with Disqus installed on their site from Spain and Latin America have recently been reporting issues in which the Disqus embed does not load. We’re currently investigating and your reports are helpful to us in pinpointing the issue.
Please try opening the affected Disqus enabled webpage using the following troubleshooting steps and let us know what you find by emailing us at help+ISP@disqus.com.
- open in an incognito (or private mode) browser
- try a different browser
- ping disqus.com and a.disquscdn.com and copy/paste the results. Here's how: http://www.wikihow.com/Ping-an-IP-Address
- copy your IP address from http://supportdetails.com/
- try this workaround: change your routers DNS to this one provided by Google (188.8.131.52). Not sure how? Go to https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using?hl=en
